Is this bundle labor-inclusive for IT?

The managed workstation and server components are included in the bundle price. Labor terms depend on your specific agreement. Review your agreement details with your OXEN account team for clarification on remediation labor.
How does Business Protection Security use my existing Microsoft environment?

Defender EDR is deployed to endpoints and integrates with Microsoft Defender's cloud analytics. Azure Sentinel aggregates log data from your M365 tenant, firewall, and endpoints in one place. There's no separate security platform to learn. OXEN configures and manages it; your employees see no change in their day-to-day tools.
What does M365 backup protect that Microsoft's retention doesn't?

Microsoft's standard retention keeps deleted items for a set period, but that period has limits, and permanently deleted data may not be recoverable. An independent backup captures scheduled copies of your data in encrypted cloud storage outside of Microsoft's control, giving you a reliable restore point regardless of how data was lost.
What happens when a threat is detected?

The SOC monitors 24x7x365. When a credible threat is confirmed, OXEN engineers investigate and begin remediation. Critical incidents get a 30-minute response. You're notified and kept updated throughout the process.
How is this different from the Telco Basic Bundle?

Telco Complete uses Business Protection Security (Defender EDR, Azure Sentinel, DNS filtering, email security, network protection) instead of Detect and Respond. It's a more complete Microsoft-native security stack with broader coverage across email, DNS, identity, network, and endpoints. It also includes the same Security Awareness Training and M365 backup.
What's not included?

HIPAA security awareness training modules, M365 backup data recovery (available separately), Azure SIEM costs (separate line item), and PC installs or OS version upgrades are outside the scope of this bundle.
