Monthly reports cover training completion rates, phishing simulation click rates by department or user group, trend data over time, and any dark web alerts tied to your organization's credentials. OXEN reviews these with you and recommends adjustments to the program. 
What third-party applications are included?

Employees who repeatedly engage with simulated phishing receive additional targeted training. If a pattern suggests a higher-risk user, OXEN flags it in reporting so you can decide whether additional action is warranted on your end. 
When do patches actually get installed?

During onboarding, we work with you to define a maintenance window that fits your schedule. Patches install during that window, and systems reboot on your timeline - not in the middle of peak business hours. 
What does onboarding look like?

We configure the platform, import your user list, and establish a baseline phishing simulation before any training rolls out. Most organizations are fully enrolled and running within a few weeks of signing. 
How is this priced?

Is HIPAA-specific compliance training included?

No. HIPAA modules are not included in the standard offering. If your organization requires HIPAA-specific content, let us know so we can discuss options. 
What's NOT included?

Physical security training, in-person workshops, and HIPAA compliance modules are outside the scope of this service. This is a managed, online awareness training and simulation program. 
What happens if a real phishing incident occurs? Security Awareness Training is a protective layer, not an incident response service. If a real phishing attack results in a security event, that escalates through your managed security or incident response coverage. OXEN can help you understand what response options apply to your environment. 
Can we customize the security policies included? Yes. The security policies are customizable to fit your organization's specific requirements and existing compliance obligations.
