The Operate D&R Bundle covers managed workstations and servers with a labor-inclusive agreement, plus Detect and Respond security. That means automated patching (Microsoft, third-party, drivers, firmware), remote support, endpoint detection and response, SIEM integration, email security, spam filtering, cloud identity monitoring, MFA enforcement, and 24x7x365 SOC coverage, all under one agreement.
OXEN deploys remote support agents to all covered devices during onboarding at no additional charge. We configure security policies, connect your cloud identity provider and firewall to the SIEM, and set your patching window in line with your preferences. Most clients are fully onboarded within a few weeks.
This bundle is priced per user. Because it's labor-inclusive, the monthly fee covers monitoring, patching, remote support, and security remediation. You don't get a separate invoice every time an engineer works a ticket.
