What's included in this bundle?

The Defend Bundle includes managed workstations and servers (labor-inclusive), Business Protection Security (Defender EDR, SIEM, email security, DNS filtering, cloud identity monitoring, MFA, network protection), 24x7x365 SOC coverage, Security Awareness Training, and Managed Vulnerability Scanning. 
What does the vulnerability scanning actually cover?

OXEN runs monthly external and internal scans across your IP space using Tenable. Each report categorizes findings by high, medium, and low severity and includes recommended remediations. Remediation work itself is outside the scope of the scanning service and can be addressed as a separate scoped project. 
How does Security Awareness Training work?

OXEN enrolls your staff in a continuous training program. It includes annual online training, weekly micro-training on current phishing tactics, monthly newsletters, and simulated phishing campaigns that test whether your team recognizes attacks. Results feed into a single portal you can monitor. 
What happens when a security event is detected?

The SOC monitors 24x7x365. Critical incidents get a 30-minute response. OXEN's engineers investigate, contain, and remediate. Labor for remediation is included in the agreement. You're kept informed throughout the process. 
How is this different from the Operate BPS Bundle?

The Defend Bundle adds Security Awareness Training and Managed Vulnerability Scanning to the BPS security stack. It's designed for organizations that need visibility into their vulnerability posture and want their employees included in the security program, not just their devices. 
Is remediation of vulnerabilities included?

Microsoft license costs, Azure costs, HIPAA modules for security awareness training, and vulnerability remediation are outside this bundle. PC installs, OS version upgrades, and non-covered software are also excluded.
