At OXEN, our success is built on the dedication, expertise, and passion of our people. This month, we're proud to recognize David Owens as our Employee Spotlight recipient for the tremendous impact he continues to make on our clients, teammates, and organization.
David's impact reaches far beyond technical expertise. David is known for his willingness to help, his positive attitude, and his ability to bring people together to solve problems. He represents the kind of teammate every organization hopes to have someone who is dependable, collaborative, and always focused on doing what's right for the client.
David has been with OXEN since March 2022, and in that time, David has become one of OXEN's most relied-upon engineers. As a TE3, he's developed extensive expertise in Microsoft M365 and cloud infrastructure, but what truly sets David apart is his willingness to tackle anything, whether it falls squarely in his wheelhouse or requires him to learn something entirely new.
David is a living example of all four OXEN core values. He unites the team by mentoring coworkers and jumping in wherever he's needed to make sure our clients are taken care of. He owns it by taking complete responsibility for every issue he's assigned, driving through challenges until he reaches a resolution. He evolves constantly, his growth into Microsoft cloud technologies since joining OXEN has been nothing short of exceptional. David also excels in everything from training to daily evolution, making the entire organization better.
Beyond the technical skills, David brings an upbeat, positive attitude every single day. He's always looking for way to help someone, and that energy is contagious across the team.
