OXEN is excited to announce a series of recent promotions and significant expansion of our internal capabilities.

Recognizing Excellence: Recent Promotions

It is always a privilege to promote from within and recognize the hard work and leadership potential of our existing team. OXEN is proud to announce the following promotions:

• Sean Gaines has been promoted to Managed Services Manager for Networking Operations. With his deep technical expertise and operational insight, Sean will oversee the networking operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the managed services we provide. Sean has 10 years of experience working at OXEN, with the last five years spent on the Managed Services team. Over the past three years, he served as the Managed Services Lead.
• Ken Gulick has been promoted to Manager of the Professional Services team. Ken’s leadership will be instrumental in driving professional services division forward, focusing on successful project delivery and strategic IT consulting. Ken has 15 years of experience with OXEN Technology, with the last three serving as the Professional Services Lead.
• Angie McGraine has been promoted to Service Desk Lead. Angie has demonstrated exceptional commitment to client support, and in this new role, she will guide the service desk team to ensure OXEN continues to deliver the responsive, high-quality assistance clients rely on. Angie brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, including 14 years with OXEN, where she has built a strong reputation for client advocacy, team leadership, and consistently delivering high-quality support.

Expanding OXEN’s Vision: A New In-House Marketing Department

In addition to internal leadership changes, OXEN is excited to announce a strategic expansion of our internal marketing capabilities.

Daniel Flanigan joined the team as OXEN’s new Marketing Manager. Daniel and intern Jasmine Woerner officially form OXEN Technology's new in-house Marketing Department. Daniel has 22 years of Marketing experience including 15 years in management roles and 3 years’ experience as an IT Manager.

This unified team will be dedicated to telling the OXEN story, enhancing communication with clients, and driving new initiatives to help partners navigate the complex world of technology.

These changes represent an exciting step forward for OXEN Technology. By strengthening leadership teams in Service Desk, Networking, and Professional Services, and by investing in a dedicated internal Marketing Department, OXEN positions the business to serve clients better and drive innovation.
