2025 was an eventful year for OXEN Technology. In my first article as President, I shared my vision for the company and now, looking back, I am pleased with our progress. Early on, I described OXEN as my dream career, a statement that remains true after facing both challenges and highlights this year. My vision for 2025 was centered around 3 key areas: growth mindset, cybersecurity, and thought leadership.
Throughout the year, we saw our teams embrace these priorities with determination and creativity. From launching new initiatives aimed at professional development to enhancing our internal security protocols, every department played a crucial role in moving OXEN forward. Our commitment to continuous improvement became evident as we navigated evolving industry trends and responded proactively to client needs.
Reflecting on the past twelve months, I am incredibly proud of how our teams rose to every occasion, demonstrating both resilience and innovation. We faced industry disruptions and shifting client demands head-on, adapting our strategies to ensure we remained not just competitive, but leaders in our field. - Business Protection Security (BPS): This comprehensive service is designed to safeguard our clients' critical assets and business operations. Business Protection Security integrates advanced threat intelligence, multi-layered defense strategies, and 24/7 monitoring to detect, prevent, and respond to risks before they escalate. By leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and best practices, we help ensure business continuity and minimize exposure to cyber threats, so clients can focus on their core mission with confidence.
- BPS includes Email Security, Identity Protection, MFA, Conditional Access Control, Endpoint Protection, Network Prevention, DNS filtering, SIEM, with 24x7x365 SOC support all in one service.
- Vulnerability Management Service: Our Vulnerability Scanning service is designed to proactively identify and assess potential security weaknesses across client networks, systems, and applications. By utilizing automated tools and expert analysis, we regularly scan for known vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and outdated software that could be exploited by cyber threats. The results are compiled into detailed reports with actionable recommendations, enabling clients to prioritize and address risks before they can be leveraged by attackers. This ongoing process helps strengthen defenses and supports compliance with industry standards.
- Risk Assessment and Penetration Testing: OXEN now offer comprehensive risk assessment and penetration testing services as a vital part of our cybersecurity portfolio. Our risk assessment process involves a thorough evaluation of clients’ environments including networks, applications, and devices to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential exposure points that could be exploited by cybercriminals. In line with these advancements, we also expanded our organizational structure to better serve our clients and support our teams. OXEN introduced a Client Success Manager (CSM) role, whose focus is on proactively engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for value-added services. This role bridges the gap between our technical teams and our clients, fostering stronger partnerships and more responsive support.
OXEN also introduced a dedicated Service Desk function, with established Tier I and Tier II Support roles, enhancing our ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. These roles offer deeper technical expertise and faster escalation paths, ensuring that client concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Together, these new roles reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of client care.
