Strong Technology for Citizens State Bank

At OXEN, our goal is to simplify technology for businesses and organizations. This may mean managing a client’s entire IT infrastructure, but frequently it means supplementing a client’s existing IT staff with OXEN’s expertise. We aim to provide the best solution to fit a business’s needs and environment.

Case in point: Citizens State Bank, in Hugoton, KS, has IT staff, but OXEN helps manage their network and assists on projects where our knowledge and capabilities can fill the gaps.

Recently, when another provider struggled to upgrade their server, Citizens State Bank reached out to OXEN Engineer Ron Cannon, who was able to take over and successfully complete the upgrade. At that time, it was determined that the bank’s backups were not working, and OXEN now provides peace of mind by managing their new, affordable backup solution.

OXEN has always been there for Citizens State Bank and understands the security concerns of their environment. We look forward to a long-term relationship in helping them manage their IT and assisting employees in learning more about technology.

OXEN Technology aims to help our clients navigate the constantly changing technology and security landscape, from managed IT services to cybersecurity and beyond.

Play it back in order to see if your microphone…
